Title Register

The Title Register is one of the main Title Deeds documents and contains information on the property ownership including:

* Description and Tensure of the property e.g. whether it’s Freehold or Leasehold
* Registered Owner’s name and address
* Date of purchase
* Purchase Price
* Mortgage Details and charges (If the registered after 2000)
* Details of Covenants, Restrictions, Agreements, Transfers, Right of Way, etc

We will automatically search the Land Registry Day List Entries to see if there are any pending registrations against the property.
