This is a detailed search at the Land Registry to establish if the property or part of the property is registered and will reveal information on any other registered titles, cautions, rights, restrictions, etc that are connected with the property.
An Official Certificate is issued by the appropriate Land Registry District Office confirming that an Index Map Search was carried out on the property
