Registered Lease

Unlike the Title Deeds, Registered Leases are private documents and as such property owner's consent is needed in order to obtain a copy. On receiving your order instruction we will send you a 'Consent letter' which need to be signed by the property owner and then returned to us. We will immediately proceed with the search as soon as you return the signed 'Consent letter' to us.
