Historical Property Register

We can provide you with copies of previous editions of the Title Registers for the property enabling and empowering you to find details of previous/ historical ownership for the property. We are able to go back to 1993.
In order to obtain the full ownership history you will need to purchase the current Title Register and note the purchase dates of the property. Then submit a search for the Title Register version before the date of the last purchase. Continue this cycle until you reach 1933.

If you require to go back further than 1993 we will be able to provide you with Old Style Title Deeds Documents which often contain ownership details. Copies of these documents (if available) can go back though the 19th Century.
