Plus Legal was established in 2005 to offer a range of services to industry professionals and to consumers with specific Land Registry, property and legal needs. Our aim is to provide tailored solutions that gives our customers quick access to the official documentation at an affordable cost.

Unlike many companies offering similar services we don't charge the earth and we don't just provide 'snapshot' summary documents. All of the Land Registry Title Deeds and search documents that we supply are 'Official Copies' which can be used for legal purposes, such as conveyancing, and are admissible as evidence in a court of law.

We simply make it easier and quicker for you to access the information you need when you need it - the time you save by using Plus Legal will more than make up for the cost of information that we supply.
