Part 1:Full set of Title Deeds and ALL Registered Documents
This includes the Title Register, Plan and All Registered Documents and Old Style Deeds relating to both properties. These documents will enable you to inspect the full extent of both properties and boundaries and will provide details of rights of way (if any).
We will also provide you with information on legal presumptions relating to boundaries in case there are no details or agreements of Rights of Way in the title deeds.
